Locally Grown Produce from Central Kentucky
Grown with Love, Sunshine, and a touch of Bourbon.
At Oxbow Ridge Farm, our mission is to provide the freshest, most delicious produce to our customers. We're dedicated to cultivating fruits and vegetables using the no-till method to not only produce high-quality, nutritious food but also to preserve and enhance the health of our soil and surrounding ecosystems.
When it comes to meat, the quality of the animal's life directly impacts the flavor and texture of the final product. That's why we're proud to offer meat from animals that have been raised using rotational grazing practices.
We pride ourselves on using only the finest, real ingredients in every batch of our baked goods. We believe in transparency, so you can trust that when we say "real ingredients," we mean it – no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives here .
We believe that sustainable farming practices are essential for the health of our land and our customers. No-till farming involves planting crops without disturbing the soil through plowing or tilling. Instead, we use innovative techniques such as cover cropping, mulching, and crop rotation to maintain soil structure and fertility. By minimizing soil disturbance, we prevent erosion, retain moisture, and sequester carbon, contributing to healthier soils and reduced greenhouse gas emissions. That's why we use organic and sustainable practices to grow our produce. #teamnotill
Here on the farm we rotationally graze all our livestock. Rotational Grazing is a practice where livestock are moved systematically between different pastures or sections of land on a regular basis. This method allows for better management of grazing pressure, prevents overgrazing, and promotes healthier vegetation growth. By rotating animals to fresh pasture, it mimics the natural movement patterns of wild herbivores and allows for more efficient land use while maintaining soil health and biodiversity.
We love to hear from you about what you're cooking and how you're doing. Email or call us, and we will get back to you soon.
